Thank you for choosing Farmsmiiles. As we provide freshly prepared and perishable food products, our return and exchange policy differs from that of traditional retail products.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, all food orders and meal subscriptions are non-returnable once they have been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any delivered meals.
Exchanges
Food items, meal plans, and delivered meals are not eligible for exchange.
Once a meal has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another meal, date, or subscription plan.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of future deliveries or subscriptions by contacting our support team. Any cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Meals that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:
- An incorrect meal
- A missing item
- A damaged package due to delivery issues
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with relevant details and photographs (if applicable). Our team will investigate the issue and may provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Failed transactions where payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed
- Verified service issues caused directly by Farmsmiiles
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
